"Order was right, no real issues"
I picked up my order from Carlo’s Bakery and everything was pretty much exactly right. The cake flavor, message, and pickup time all matched what I requested. The box was sorta messy on one side, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I was happy with it.

"Good cake, but the delivery timing was stressful"
I ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday, and to be fair, the cake itself was really nice. It looked good, tasted great, and everyone enjoyed it. The only issue was the delivery showed up almost an hour past the delivery window, which made me nervous since we had people waiting. I do appreciate that they answered the phone when I called, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just think if you’re ordering for a big event, it’s fair to expect the timing to be more reliable

I had an issue come up and reached out to customer service, not really expecting it to be handled that fast. They got back to me quickly and helped me sort everything out without a lot of back and forth. It was really easy dealing with them, and I’m happy with the support I got

I tried a few pastries and a slice of cake from Carlo’s Bakery, i thought they were fine. Everything looked really nice, especially the cake, but in my opinion the flavor didn’t quite live up to how good it looked.
The frosting was a little too sweet and heavy for my taste, so it kind of took over the cake. The pastry filling was good, but the dough felt a bit dry to me, which made it less enjoyable overall.

I wouldn’t say it was bad at all, just not as memorable as I was hoping. I’d probably give them another try, but next time I’d choose something different.

I ordered a birthday cake with my own colors and a special message, it came out exactly how I pictured it. The colors looked great, the writing was perfect, and it tasted really good too. I was so happy with it — like, you can tell why I was excited, right?

I ordered a cake for a birthday and, to be honest, I was a little nervous about how the whole delivery thing was going to go, since shipping something like a cake always feels like there’s room for something to go wrong. But it actually arrived exactly when they said it would, which was such a relief. The box looked good when it got here, nothing seemed banged up or tossed around, and the cake was still nice and cold inside. Overall, it was a really smooth experience from start to finish, and I was happy with how easy it all ended up being.

"easy pickup and barely any waiting"
i did store pickup for my order and it was smooth. i only waited a few minutes, the staff found my stuff fast, and everything was ready and packed up nicely. way easier than i expected, and i’d definitely do pickup again...

I ordered a cake along with a few cookies, i was happy with it. The cake tasted fresh, and the cookies had that nice just-baked feel to them, especially around the edges. For the price, it felt like a really good deal.
